From the moment you pull up to the historic Bradshaws Building, you can see that we are different. You walk up the front steps and across the large deck, if the weather is nice you can enter through the old shipping door!

When you step inside you are greeted by the scent of eucalyptus, from our complimentary CHILLED EUCALYPTUS RECOVERY TOWELS. The staff welcomes you with a genuine smile and "hello".

The warm charm of the facitlity reflects the buildings colorful history. Cookie factory, grocery store and warehouse. Ask a staff member what happened to the fourth floor!!!

The building isn't the only thing that sets us apart.  We are not a big box, we are a one of a kind.  We know people by name, we are involved in the community, and we work as a team to get all our members, patients and clients the results they desire.

 We can introduce fitness to beginners, get re-starters back on track and keep you motivated, moving and healthy.

Our expert trainers provide programs for everyone! Rehabilitation, general fitness, sports specific training and everything in between.

The fitness studio benefits from special deals on daily, monthly, or yearly memberships. There is also ample, free parking.
